Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally yet.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is $4.95 on orders under $29.99, and free on every order of $30 or more. If you want your box sooner, express shipping is $15 and you can choose it at checkout. Those are the only two options, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

When your order goes out

We pack and hand off orders within 2 business days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your box is on its way. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday go out the next business day.

The Weekday box

The Weekday box holds four 5-packs, 20 bars in total. You can buy it once, or set it to arrive every month at checkout. It always ships free, because it is over $30. If you chose the monthly option, you are billed on the same date each month and your box goes out on that cycle. You can cancel any time before your next billing date, with no fee and no minimum. Cancelling stops future boxes; it does not refund a box that has already shipped. A one-time box is charged once and nothing recurs.

Warm weather

Our bars are held together with coconut oil, so they can soften in a hot delivery van or sitting on a warm doorstep. Softening is normal and the bar is perfectly good to eat. If one arrives melted out of shape, tell us and we will replace it.

If a box goes missing

If tracking says your box was delivered and you cannot find it, check with everyone at your address and your neighbors first, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will replace it or refund it.
